Guiding

This is a spot and stalk hunt that is conducted "safari-style". You will find that spotting a bull is no problem, but judging the horns, as well as getting a shot will be. Nilgai are deceptively agile creatures who can vanish into the brush in just a blink of an eye. These bulls have inch-thick hide that can slip over a bullet's entrance hole. This makes it very hard to find a blood trail. This is a challenging yet rewarding hunt.

L & L Hunting Service

My name is Lendell Laxton owner and operator of L&L Hunting Service for the past Twenty five years. I'm part Native American Indian and Tribal member of the Potawatomi Tribe in Oklahoma but I currently reside in Victoria, TX.

I opened L & L Hunting Service in the 1970's. For the most part, I have been offering my services to corporate clientele and outfitters. However, in the past few years I've started offering hunts to the general public and enjoy this type of arrangement. I pride myself in operating my business with the well being of the animals in mind. The ranchers that I have developed relationships with over the years know that my clients and I understand that we are guest in their house and that we will handle ourselves in a professional manner.
