Part-Time Retail and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a driven, energetic Seasonal Part-Time Retail and Operations Assistant to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is someone who hs prior retail experience wants to learn more about the retail and e-commerce business. This position will initially be employed through the end of the holiday season but there is potential for the right candidate to have a permanent position on our team. Retail & Operations Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Work in the Gunn&Hook retail store assisting customers. 
  • Process and ship orders placed through our e-commerce platform.
  • Handle product calls from potential customers.
  • Assist with inventory management. 
  • You will act as a representative of Gunn & Hook on an individual level and in accordance with our values and image everywhere you go.
  • As a team member, you will be critical to our success and communication and teamwork are crucial.

Job Requirements:

  • A background in retail or e-commerce sales.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Must be avaialble to work weekenights until 6pm and some Saturdays.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Knowledge of Magento or Shopkeep. 
  • Knowledge of hunting, fishing, and adventure sports
