This archery only hunting ranch has the facilities, operations, and dedication to ensure a great camp experience. Outdoor Texas is dedicated to leading the way in the unparalleled growth in archery and bowhunting popularity. The Outdoor Texas Archery/Hunting Camps are dedicated to educating each camper in: the understanding, use, and care of the latest in archery equipment, shooting expertise, and other subjects and skills related to archery and bowhunting. The Outdoor Texas staff will bring all of the skills needed to improve each camper no matter what the level of camper expertise.

The small number of campers, 14, ensures maximum personal instruction which has a lot to do with the success of the camp.The camps’ curriculum has been designed to be unique and innovative while maximizing safety, fun, and learning.

The Homer Martin Ranch is a 2,500 acre archery only hunting ranch located near Mason, Texas. This is a special place with all the amenities needed to host the Archery/Hunting Camp. The Llano River will offer great free time activities of swimming and fishing.

7:00 am - Wake up
7:30 am - Breakfast
8:00 am - Archery Equipment & Maintenance
10:15 am - GPS Training
Noon - Lunch
1:00 pm - Free time / river time
2:00 pm - Game calling
4:00 pm - Archery Target Class
6:00 pm - Dinner
7:00 pm - Archery / Game trail
9:00 pm - Cabin Time
10:00 pm - Lights out

Camp Instructors

All Outdoor Texas Camp Instructors are selected based on 1) their knowledge of the subject, 2) their field experience and 3) their ability to communicate with the campers in a positive manner. The Outdoor Texas Staff is no doubt the "Best of the Best."
