Islamorada, Village of Islands, Florida Keys

Everglades National Park and Biscayne Bay are known to be one of the best places in the world to sightfish for trophy inshore tarpon, redfish, bonefish, elusive permit, snook, sharks, barracuda, jacks and many other species. The fishing opportunities here are diverse—open ocean, brackish water bays, freshwater canals, ponds, and saltwater flats.

About the Outfitter

Your guide for this trip will be a USCG licensed and insured captain. He is a recommended guide for the Coastal Conservation Association, Trout Unlimited, and Bonefish and Tarpon Trust. Among other things, he is sponsored by Hatch Fly Reels, Patagonia clothing company, Loomis Fly and Spinning Rods, Shimano spinning reels, and Rio Fly lines. He will put all of his years of experience to provide you a unique and satisfying fishing experience whether you are a beginner or a world class angler. With this outfitter, you'll be fishing from a 2013 Beavertail Strike technical flats skiff equipped with an Evinrude 60-h.p. engine, jack plate, trim tabs, GPS, VHF radio, power pole and Minn Kota electric motor. You'll also wade fish before and after low tide when you are wade cruising and tailing. Light tackle here is the norm. In order to preserve the diversity and abundance of fish within the park, licensed anglers are limited to twenty fish per person at any time, and may not possess any more than ten fish of any one particular species, regardless of the state of Florida’s regulations. When you book with this outfitter, your trip will include ground transfers to and from airport/hotel, lodging, breakfasts at the hotel, ground transfers to daily guided fishing locations, lunches while fishing (including water and soda), use of fishing tackle (fly or spin – G. Loomis, Hatch reels, Shimano reels), National Park Entrance fee, and fishing license.
